For years, I worked out in all kinds of weather, learning every trade on a home site. I didn’t read this knowledge in a book — I lived it. I swung the hammer, walked the slabs, framed the walls, solved the issues, and watched the construction process unfold step by step until it became second nature.
That hands-on experience turned into a career I loved. I built homes. Then, as an agent, I sold new homes for builders. And the more I helped buyers understand the process, the more my business grew.
